Artist Registration

With 30 years experience building and managing corporate art collections, art4business is one of the premier providers of fine art services in the country and we have tailored our website to the corporate buying market.

The artist registry at art4business.com is a curated catalogue of work by emerging and established artists throughout the United States, Canada and the UK.  The purpose of the artist registry is to provide a resource for corporations, universities and municipalities to locate artwork for their public collections, and as a reservoir of artwork for art4business clients.

With e-commerce, buyers can purchase artwork directly through art4business.com and for an additional fee orders can be coordinated and shipped to the purchaser.  Artwork that appears on the website is juried by the company's senior management and updated regularly.  Artists over the age of 18 can submit their work for consideration, regardless of medium.

  

Please comply with the following guidelines for submitting work to be juried:

  • We will only review artwork submitted digitally through our website - we will not review art on CD's, slides or websites.
  • Artists should submit no more than 12 images.  If chosen for the registry, up to 9 images will be selected.
  • Artists will also need to submit an artist's statement, bio and CV or resume.
  • Artists' statements and bios should not exceed 200 words each.
  • Artists must have an active e-mail address that is checked regularly.
  • Artists are responsible for maintaining accurate data and imagery.
  • Artists must provide wholesale pricing for their works.
    (Payment to the Artist will equal the wholesale price listed by the Artist on the website for that particular piece sold.)
  • Digital images should be submitted in the following format:
    1. Crop images to remove extraneous objects and borders
    2. Images should be a minimum size of 400 x 400 pixels at a resolution of 72 dpi (dots per inch)
    3. Save images as .jpeg files
  • Artists are responsible for the accuracy of all data and imagery
